LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE ONLY)

Self-Collection – it’s FREE!

Self-Collection can be done at our showroom from Monday to Friday (except public holiday) 10am to 5.30pm. Please contact us at our Hotline: +65 6844 3180 or email: loopeseyewear@gmail.com for more information.

Registered Mail (with tracking number) – S$2.00

A SingPost Registered Article (RA) Number will be provided for your delivery tracking. Once the shipment is made, the RA Number will be sent to you by email. You may log on to SingPost Website at www.singpost.com to check on the status of your item(s).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Via Registered Mail (with delivery tracking number) – Variable shipping rate + additional S$2.20

A SingPost Registered Article (RA) Number will be provided for your delivery tracking. Once the shipment is made, the RA Number will be sent to you via email. You may log on to SingPost Website at www.singpost.com to check on the status of your item(s).

The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the item(s) and delivery address. The shipping rate is recalculated and displayed each time you make changes to your shopping cart. You do not need to wait until the Checkout Step to see the amount payable for the shipping rate.

Please note that shipping rates do not include custom duties or taxes that may be applicable at your country. Custom duties or taxes, if any, will be at your expenses. Thank you.

LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE ONLY)

Under normal conditions, SingPost delivers in approximately 3 working days for local delivery. During busy festive periods, it may take a few days longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Under normal conditions, SingPost delivers in approximately 3 – 14 working days for international delivery, depending on the country of delivery. During busy festive periods, it may take a few days longer.
